We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when requesting a free estimate, calling our office, or sending an inquiry through our contact forms. This information may include:

• Property address or city where glass service is requested.
• Details regarding your glass repair, dimensions, or photos of damaged openings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly to:

• Respond to your estimate requests and deliver accurate glass repair quotes.
• Schedule measuring visits and installation appointments.
• Communicate with you regarding your service order or follow-up questions.
• Comply with state licensing and business recordkeeping obligations.

3. Website Analytics and Cookies

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used, so we can tell which pages help people and which ones do not. This is separate from the information you send us on purpose in section 1.

What analytics records:

• Which pages you viewed, in what order, and how long you stayed.
• How you arrived, such as a search engine, a link on another site, or typing the address in.
• Your approximate location, at city level, worked out from your internet address. Your full internet address is not stored by us.
• Your device type, screen size, browser and language.
• Which buttons and links were used. For example, that a phone line was tapped and which of our five regional lines it was, that the photo gallery was opened, or that an estimate request was sent.

What analytics never records:

• Your name, phone number or email address.
• Anything you typed into the estimate form, including the description of your glass.
• Any photo you attached, or the name of the photo file.
• Your estimate reference number.

Advertising features are switched off. We do not run Google Ads, we do not build advertising audiences, and we do not allow advertising personalisation or Google Signals. No advertising cookies are set by this site.

Google Analytics sets its own cookies in your browser to tell a returning visit from a new one. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, which California law recognises as an opt out, this site detects it and analytics runs without storing anything in your browser. You can also block these cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt out browser add on. Blocking analytics does not affect any part of this website. Every page, both tools and the estimate form work exactly the same.

Google processes this data as our analytics provider. Their handling of it is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

Roxy Glass, Inc. does not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to third parties or marketing brokers under any circumstances.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share necessary contact details with trusted operational providers solely to fulfill service requests (such as email dispatch services or database hosting). All providers are obligated to protect your data.

6. Data Security and Retention

We implement industry-standard administrative and technical security measures to safeguard your information. We retain customer contact records only as long as necessary for customer service and tax/legal recordkeeping requirements.
