About the company
Roxy Glass, Inc. is a licensed California glazing contractor that repairs and replaces residential and commercial glass across the San Francisco Bay Area. The company operates from a single shop in Newark, California, where glass is cut, sealed units are assembled and every job is dispatched.
Roxy Glass, Inc. was incorporated on 24 February 2014 and received its California contractor license on 26 February 2015 under classification C-17, Glazing. The company has been accredited by the Better Business Bureau since 2016 and currently holds an A plus rating. Both of those facts are independently verifiable by any customer.
The company is owned by Hamid Baranriz, who is listed as the principal contact on the BBB profile. The business operates from a shop at 7401 Morton Avenue, Suite A, Newark, California. That is the address on the CSLB license record and the BBB profile, and it is the only address that Roxy Glass publishes as a place of business.
Every job across the Bay Area is dispatched from this one location. Glass is measured on site at the customer's property, then cut or fabricated at the Newark shop and fitted by the same team. Five regional phone lines route calls to the team covering each market, so the right people handle every inquiry from the start.
How it works
Most glass work is not off the shelf. Sealed units, tempered glass and made to order shapes are all fabricated to the measurements taken from your opening. That is why Roxy Glass handles the measuring, the fabrication and the fitting as one operation.
We come to the property and measure the opening, because glass has to be cut to the real size, not to a catalog number. For simple panes, you can measure and send us the dimensions.
Standard glass is cut at our Newark shop. Sealed double pane units, tempered glass and custom shapes are fabricated to your measurements, which is what sets the lead time.
The same team that measured the opening fits the glass, checks that it seals and operates properly, and takes the old glass and packaging away.
