Style examples

Glass styles to help you describe what you want

Not sure what your window, door or shower is called? These examples show common styles, so you can point to the one that looks like yours when you ask for an estimate.

These are style examples, not photos of Roxy Glass jobs. For photos of work Roxy Glass has done, see the job site photos above.

Three steps from a photo to finished glass

  1. Tell us what you have

Describe the glass on the estimate form or on the phone. Rough measurements help, and a photo of the opening lets us tell you whether it looks like a glass only repair or a full replacement.

  2. We measure the opening

Glass is cut to the real opening, not to a catalog size, so the opening is measured before anything is ordered.

  3. We cut, fit and check it

Glass is cut at our Newark shop, then fitted by the team that measured the opening and checked before the visit ends.

Questions

Questions about these project photos

Are these photos from real Roxy Glass jobs?

Yes. The job site photos on this page come from Roxy Glass project files. The style examples section is different: it shows window, door, shower, glass wall and pool fence styles, and every photo there is labeled as a style example rather than a Roxy Glass job.

Can I send a photo of my broken glass for an estimate?

Yes. The estimate form on the contact page accepts one photo in JPEG, PNG or WebP format, up to 8 MB. A photo that shows the whole opening helps us tell you whether it is likely to be a glass only repair or a full replacement.

Do you replace one storefront pane or the whole storefront?

Both. Several photos on this page show a single storefront pane replaced, and one shows glass for the entire storefront of a restaurant. When only one pane is damaged, that pane is usually replaced on its own and matched to the glass around it.

What happens when a storefront window is smashed?

An emergency board up secures a broken opening straight away. Roxy Glass clears the broken glass, boards the opening so the property is closed and weatherproof, then measures for the replacement glass. Most storefront and large residential glass is made to order, so boarding first is what makes the property safe while the glass is fabricated.
